Not actually part of Cinque Terra, but located to the south. Portovenere offers some breathtaking views.

A small town high above a hill. It's the middle of the five towns and one of the smallest. Very quiet with a few nice shops and cafés.
Riomaggiore

Riomaggiore is the southern-most of the five towns. A little larger than the others, this is also where we had our accomodation.
Vernazza

Vernazza is the largest of the five towns and probably the most interesting as far as photography is concerned. A harbour as well as good vantage points on paths to both the south and north offer plenty of opportunities for photos.

Taking the path from Vernazza to the south - leading to Corniglia.
Monterosso

Monterosso is the northern most of the towns. A large beach and a more spacious feel are afforded by the fact that it doesn't sit on a hill or nestled into a cliff like the other towns.

Taking the path from Vernazza to the north leads to Monterosso. Some great views of both towns from the path.
Manarola

The second town (from the south). Not particularly big, and less exciting than the others. We mainly took photos here at night.

The famous "walk of love" between Riomaggiore and Manarola.
